Description
A French blue cheese named after its place of origin in the Auvergne region of South-Central France. Although similar to Roquefort, it has its own unique character, dating back to when Antoine Roussel first made Bleu d’Auvergne in the small town of Laqueille. The cheese has a very sharp blue flavour which contrasts beautifully with its creamy texture. Stir some into your salad dressing, or enjoy it with some nuts and raw mushrooms.
