You have 14 days Window to return products
The returns process requires two simple steps:
1. Return the relevant products to the store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging. Products opened or used will not be returned
2. Carry the relevant invoice showing Date of Purchase within the 14 days timeframe
Exchanges Process
If you would like to exchange any products, you may:
1. Visit the store to return the items.
2. Purchase the new products through a new transaction.
3. In case of a difference in the amount on the invoice. The extra amount will be be paid by you through Cash or KNET. if the amount is less we will return the difference amount through cash
