Beurre d'Isigny is a grass-fed butter made from the finest Normandy cow's milk, slowly cultured over 18 hours, and traditionally churned. Buttercup yellow with aromas of crème fraiche and notes of hazelnut. Gently tangy with mineral rich silkiness for both table and kitchen.
