The Tomme de Savoie IGP Fermière Tradition Émotion is made every morning and every evening right after milking in a very traditional way. It is appreciated by our most demanding customers for its pure colours and smoothness. Its typical flavour reveals the diversity and the richness of the Savoy mountain pastures. Before the Tommes are made available for sale, they are probed and tasted by master cheesemakers.
